Lovely antique GOKRA - Gottfried Kraeber teddy bear - 40-50's

This listing is for a lovely antique and rare orange brown color GOKRA teddy bear. 
He is about 19,3" (49cm) tall, he has jointed arms, legs and head and closed mouth.
He has cardobard inserts in the feet allow for this stability. 
His paws have 3 claws and pear shaped pads with material covering. 
The velour fabric is soft and velvety, and is referred to as a synthetic plush. 
The nose is done in a brown color cord, with horizontal stitches. 
This type of teddy bears were made during a short time period (4 years).
He is stuffed with wood wool (Excelsior).
 
About GOKRA (Gottfried Kraeber) teddy bears:
They were formed in 1945 in the area of Lebensstedt/Braunschweig. The founder was Gottfried Kroeber and he only made teddy bears as opposed to other animals and toys. The trademark was achieved in 1949 with three bears balancing the banner (GOKRA) and the two supporting bears standing alongside the advertisement. They closed in 1952.
